Janet’s knowledge, dedication, and 12 years of experience in real estate sales and management, allows her to do what she loves, help others. Her motivation is to build relationships with clients that last long after the transaction has closed. Following her graduation from Southwest Texas State University she had a career as a social worker. This unique understanding of people enables her to guide clients through what can be an unfamiliar and emotional process. Although buying or selling a home is often a happy venture, it can still come with some stress. She utilizes her skills and expertise to help clients understand contracts and negotiations, while remaining calm under pressure.
Janet grew up in San Antonio. A true Texan at heart, she loves the heat and says, “Y’all” on more than one occasion:). In 1987 she relocated to California and resides in Temecula, where she has raised her family. She loves the outdoors, visiting local wineries, and laughing……a lot! Janet’s wealth of information about this beautiful community serves as an important tool when assisting individuals and families who are new to the area. “My ultimate goal is to have a business built entirely on referrals and introductions from clients who are completely satisfied with the service provided, and they will gladly refer their family and friends.” A recipient of The Customer Service Award, Janet strives to create client relationships built on trust, communication, and confidence. “Live in such a way that if anyone should speak badly of you, no one would believe it.”
